Ingredients
- Lemon 3 pieces
- Lamb 70 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Oregano 0 oz
- Dry White Wine 5 fl oz

Step 1
Prepare the lamb leg by making a vertical cut from top to bottom to completely remove the bone.
Step 2
Make the marinade by mixing all the ingredients in a large bowl. Place the lamb in the bowl and rub it with the marinade. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Marinate for 6 to 48 hours.
Step 3
Grill for 25–30 minutes on each side, basting with the marinade. Once cooked, place the meat on a platter, cover with foil, and let it rest for 10 minutes. Serve sliced into portions.
