Ingredients
- Rack of Lamb 0 lbs
- Salad Potatoes 5 pieces
- Turnips 2 pieces
- Garlic 1 head
- Hard Cheese 0 oz
- Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
- Dried Rosemary 0 oz
- Dried Chamomile 0 oz
- Fresh basil leaves 0 oz
- Cilantro 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the lamb, remove veins and membranes, leaving some fat.
Step 2
Cut the meat into large pieces (about 5 cm), and stuff each piece with a clove of garlic and a piece of cheese.
Step 3
Salt, add spices, wine, and let marinate for 1 hour.
Step 4
Peel the potatoes and carrots, slice the potatoes almost through into thin rounds, and cut the carrots into large pieces.
Step 5
Also salt, sprinkle with spices, and coat with olive oil (rub with hands).
Step 6
Place a large sheet of parchment paper in a baking dish.
Step 7
Arrange the meat and vegetables in the dish.
Step 8
Bake at 355°F for 1 hour 15 minutes.
Step 9
Sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
