Lamb Kebabs
Ingredients
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Grated Ginger Root 1 piece
- Ground ancho chili pepper 3 pieces
- Onion 1 head
- Cilantro 3 tablespoons
- Yogurt powder 3 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
- Lemon 1 piece
- Rack of Lamb 20 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine minced garlic, grated ginger, finely chopped chilies, finely chopped onion, yogurt, and chopped cilantro in a blender and blend until a paste forms. Add black pepper, salt, and mix with the ground lamb.
Step 2
Divide the mixture into 16 portions, about 2 tablespoons each. Shape each portion into an oval patty, place in a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat the grill. Thread 4 patties onto each skewer and grill for 7 minutes until golden brown. Flip and grill until cooked through. Serve with sliced onions and lemon wedges.
