Lamb Kebab with Greek Salad
Ingredients
- Lamb 20 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Tomatoes 6 pieces
- Spanish onions 1 head
- Chopped Sage Leaves 4 tablespoons
- Chinese green beans 10 oz
- Fresh basil leaves 2 tablespoons
- Courgette ½ piece
- Pide bread 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill. Mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil, minced garlic, juice of half a lemon, and chopped oregano in a bowl, add diced (3 cm) lamb and mix well.
Step 2
Skewer the kebabs on skewers and place on the grill for 7–8 minutes, turning occasionally.
Step 3
A few minutes before the kebabs are done, place the pitas on the grill and warm them on each side.
Step 4
Chop the tomatoes, cucumber, onion, cabbage, and mint, drizzle with the juice of half a lemon and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Serve the kebabs with the salad.
