Description
Instead of the dressing, you can add 1 egg to each pot and bake in the oven until the egg white becomes opaque and veils the yolk.
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
- Lamb 20 oz
- Onion 3 pieces
- Tomatoes 4 pieces
- Eggplants 1 piece
- Courgette 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 3 pieces
- Chinese green beans 5 oz
- Red Long Chili Peppers 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil 5 tablespoons
- Egg white 4 pieces
- Fermented Milk to taste
- Salt to taste
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Herbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into pieces, season with salt and pepper, add vegetable oil, distribute into pots, and bake in the oven.
Step 2
Sauté the vegetables in a mixture of water and vegetable oil.
Step 3
Add the vegetables to the meat.
Step 4
Cut the potatoes. Add to the meat with the vegetables. Season with salt and drizzle with oil. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Prepare the sauce: whisk together flour, egg, salt, and red pepper with sour milk.
Step 6
Pour the sauce into each pot and bake until done.
