Ingredients
- Pork chop with bone 25 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the lemon zest (about half).
Step 2
Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
Step 3
Press the garlic.
Step 4
Place the lamb chops in the prepared sauce, add salt and pepper, mix thoroughly, and let sit for about 15 minutes.
Step 5
It is best to grill the lamb chops, but a regular frying pan will also work.
