Cut the lamb rack into three equal pieces, each weighing 80 grams.

Slice the onion into rings separately.
Step 3
For the marinade, combine the onion, oil, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Place the meat in the marinade for 30 minutes. Then, thread the meat onto skewers and grill over charcoal until cooked through.
