  • Pork chop with bone 20 oz
  • Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
  • Dijon Mustard 2 teaspoons
  • Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Dried Rosemary ½ teaspoon
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
  • Mixed Ground Peppers a pinch
