Lamb Chop on the Bone in Spicy Marinade
Ingredients
- Pork chop with bone 20 oz
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard 2 teaspoons
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Dried Rosemary ½ teaspoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Mixed Ground Peppers a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine the ingredients for the marinade.
Step 2
Whisk vigorously until smooth.
Step 3
Brush the sauce on the meat only on one side and let it marinate at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
Step 4
Place the meat marinade side down on a hot dry skillet.
Step 5
Brush with the remaining sauce. Reduce the heat to medium.
Step 6
Flip once the bottom side is browned. When the second side is browned as well, remove from heat.
