Lamb Brisket in Breadcrumbs
Ingredients
- Veal Brisket 20 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Breadcrumbs ½ cup

Step 1
Rinse the lamb brisket, cut the membranes along the ribs, place it whole in a pot, salt it, cover with hot water, and boil.
Step 2
Once cooked, remove the ribs, transfer the meat to a baking tray, and cool it under a press to flatten the brisket.
Step 3
After that, slice the brisket diagonally into wide pieces, salt, sprinkle with pepper, coat in flour, dip in egg, coat in breadcrumbs, and fry in a preheated skillet with oil.
Step 4
Arrange the cooked brisket on a plate and drizzle with a few tablespoons of melted butter. Serve with fried potatoes or mashed potatoes. You can also serve red cabbage and cucumbers on the side.
