Kupaty in Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
- Kupaty (sausage) 20 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Garlic 1 clove
- Passata Tomato Sauce 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the kupaty in salted water until they float.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion and lightly sauté it.
Step 3
Remove the kupaty from the broth and fry them over low heat until golden brown.
Step 4
In a small pot, place the kupaty and onion. Pour in broth or water so that the kupaty are slightly covered.
Step 5
Add crushed garlic and tomato paste, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Simmer covered over low heat for about 10–15 minutes.
