  • Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
  • Potato 1 piece
  • Pesto 1 tablespoon
  • Tofu 0 oz
  • Salt a pinch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the potatoes, rub them with salt and vegetable oil. Wrap in foil and bake in the oven for 35–40 minutes at 320°F.

Step 2

Cut the tofu and tomato into small cubes. Pour into a skillet and sauté a little in vegetable oil. Add salt and pesto sauce.

Step 3

Remove the potatoes from the oven and make a cross-shaped cut to a third of the depth.

Step 4

Squeeze the potato from all four sides created by the cross-shaped cut — this will open the 'tulip petals'.

Step 5

In the center of the opened 'tulip', add the sautéed tofu with tomatoes. You can also add any vegetable filling if desired.
