Ingredients
- Lean Beef 0 lbs
- Onion 1 piece
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Cognac 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chopped onion, 1 egg, and 50 grams of cognac are added to the minced meat for the meatballs (for 1 kg).
Step 2
Whip thoroughly and shape into a ball the size of a ladle. The ball is then dropped into a pot of cold water and boiled.
Step 3
The readiness of the meatballs is determined by how the balls change color and float to the surface (approximately 45-50 minutes). Serve with butter.
