- Lamb 5 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Clarified Butter 0 oz
- Potato 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Parsley to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the lamb into pieces and sauté in a pot with butter, then add hot water just enough to cover the meat.
Step 2
Cover the pot with a lid and simmer the meat on low heat.
Step 3
After that, add the sautéed finely chopped onion, sliced potato, salt, and pepper, and cook the ingredients until done.
Step 4
Serve the lamb sprinkled with parsley.
