Ingredients
- Onion 2 pieces
- Pork Blood 20 oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Salt a pinch
- Soy Sauce 3 tablespoons
- Spices a pinch
- Powdered Sugar 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Grease a baking sheet with oil, lay out the meat, and bake. When it browns, turn it over (in total, it took me about 1 hour at 390°F).
Step 2
Cut the pork into small pieces, add 2 chopped onions, 2-3 cloves of garlic, salt, 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar (level, you can use regular sugar), 2-3 tablespoons of soy sauce, black pepper, and optionally add cumin. Marinate for 1 hour to overnight.
