Ingredients
- Veal Tenderloin 0 lbs
- Onion 1 head
- Soy Sauce 1 glass
- Sesame Oil 0,3 glasses
- Sugar 2 spoons
- Ground Black Pepper 2 spoons
- Garlic 10 cloves
- Scallions 6 stalks
- Toasted Sesame 1 tablespoon
- Corn Salad to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wrap the beef tenderloin in plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Take it out of the freezer and slice it into thin pieces. The thinner the slices, the tastier it will be. Slice the onion thinly. Place the thinly sliced beef and onion in a bowl.
Step 3
Blend soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, sugar, pepper, chopped garlic, and onion until smooth. Pour the mixture over the meat and onions. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 4
Heat a grill pan over high heat. Sear the beef and onion in small batches (the meat should be placed in a single layer in the pan).
Step 5
Sprinkle each portion with sesame seeds. Place the cooked meat on a bed of lettuce and serve with a spicy sauce.
