Ingredients
- Fresh Mushrooms 0 lbs
- Vinegar essence 10 fl oz
- Water 15 fl oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Mustard Greens 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Onion 1 head
- Bay leaf 2 pieces
- Sodium glutamate to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dissolve sugar and a little salt in water, add vinegar.
Step 2
Bring the mixture to a boil, add garlic, pepper, bay leaves, mustard, and monosodium glutamate.
Step 3
Clean the mushrooms, boil them in salted water, drain in a colander, pour over the resulting marinade, and let sit for 15-20 minutes.
Step 4
Then drain the marinade, pour vegetable oil over the mushrooms so that it completely covers them.
Step 5
Slice the onion into rings and place it on top of the mushrooms.
