Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Knead a stiff dough from eggs, water, salt, and flour.
Step 2
To the meat and onion that have been passed through a meat grinder twice, add finely chopped herbs, salt, pepper, a glass of water, and grated sulguni cheese mixed with butter.
Step 3
Roll out the dough into a thin layer, cut out circles, place the filling in the center of each, and bring the edges together, shaping the khinkali into a pear shape.
Step 4
Boil the khinkali in salted boiling water. Serve generously sprinkled with pepper.
