Ingredients
- Lamb 10 oz
- Pork Blood 5 oz
- Onion 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour 3 cups
- Chicken Broth 5 oz
- Water 1 cup
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Dill to taste
- Parsley to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Knead elastic dough from flour, water, eggs, and salt, and let it rest for 30 minutes, covered with a napkin.
Step 2
Add chopped onion, salt, red and black pepper, finely chopped herbs, and prepared meat broth to the finely chopped meat, enough for the meat to absorb.
Step 3
Divide the risen dough into equal pieces, roll them into thin circles, place filling on each circle, and gather the edges into a knot, forming small pleats. Leave a small tail on top.
Step 4
Boil the khinkali in salted water and serve with sour cream.
