Keto Mashed Cauliflower with Peas and Nettle
Ingredients
- Cauliflower 0.4 heads
- Pickled Nettle 0 oz
- Carrot ½ piece
- Butter 1 piece
- 33% Cream 0 fl oz
- Canned Mushroom Soup 5 tablespoons
- Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
- Mixed Ground Peppers to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Break the cauliflower into florets and cover with water. Place on high heat.
Step 2
Add the carrot and salt the water.
Step 3
Once boiling, reduce the heat and cover. Cook for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Then drain the water and add the butter.
Step 5
Pour in the cream.
Step 6
Add the peas.
Step 7
Then add the chopped nettle.
Step 8
Blend intensively with an immersion blender, then salt to taste and mix.
Step 9
Add the mixed peppers.
Step 10
Blend again intensively.
Step 11
Serve, garnished with peas.
