  • Sriracha 4 tablespoons
  • Semi-soft cream cheese 10 oz

  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
  • Ocean salt to taste

Slice the eggplants into pieces about 5 mm thick.

Place in heated olive oil in a skillet.
