Keto Cauliflower Rolls with Tuna
Ingredients
- Cauliflower ½ head
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Butter 1 piece
- Courgette ½ piece
- Avocado 0.3 piece
- Ocean salt 1 teaspoon
- Canned tuna in its own juice 0 oz
- Dried Nori Seaweed 2 sheets
- Toasted Sesame a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Immerse the cauliflower, broken into florets, in water and place it on high heat.
Step 2
Add salt and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Reduce the heat and add the halved garlic.
Step 4
Cover with a lid.
Step 5
After 18 minutes, drain the water, add the egg and butter. Mash with a potato masher. If there is any liquid left at the bottom of the pot, evaporate it over low heat, stirring constantly. Let cool.
Step 6
Pack the puree into a roll mold or generously spread it on a sheet of nori. Place the tuna in the center.
Step 7
Peel and cut the cucumber and avocado into thin strips.
Step 8
Layer them on top of the tuna.
Step 9
Wrap with the nori sheet and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 10
Cut into rolls of convenient width with a knife moistened in cold water.
Step 11
The keto rolls are ready!
