Kefir with herbs
Ingredients
- Potato 8 pieces
- Beef 20 oz
- Onion 3 pieces
- Butter 5 oz
- Salt 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper 0 oz
- Red Long Chili Peppers 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the potatoes into long strips and fry in oil until cooked through.
Step 2
While the potatoes are frying, boil the meat and cut it into narrow strips about 1 cm wide and 3–4 cm long.
Step 3
Then slice the onion into rings and sauté in oil together with the cooked meat until the onion becomes golden and the meat is slightly browned, but not for too long to avoid the meat becoming tough.
Step 4
Add the sautéed onions and meat to the potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and simmer everything together in a covered pot for another 5 minutes. You can sprinkle fresh herbs on top.
