- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 10 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Crab Meat 5 oz
- Lemon 0 oz
- Salt 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pass the crab meat and peeled shrimp through a meat grinder along with the butter, then season with spices.
Step 2
Knead the filling, take it in your hands, and beat it well two or three times by throwing it onto the table.
Step 3
Coat the skewer with the minced meat, shape it into a kebab, and grill it over open coals.
Step 4
Add a wedge of lemon to the dish before serving.
