- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Cicmaty 1 bunch
- Coarse Salt 2 spoons
- Mild Chili Spice 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Satsivi 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into large pieces.
Step 2
Marinate the meat for several hours with sliced onions, vegetable oil, pepper, and salt.
Step 3
Grill the meat on the barbecue for 20 minutes, remembering to turn the skewer frequently for even cooking.
Step 4
5–7 minutes before the kebabs are done, thread fresh tomatoes onto the skewer and grill them on the barbecue as well.
Step 5
Arrange the skewers on a plate. Serve with onion rings, roasted tomatoes, a bouquet of tzimt salad, and satsivi sauce.
