Ingredients
- Beef 30 oz
- Potato 10 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Dry White Wine 10 fl oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Celery salt 0 oz
- Bay leaf 2 pieces
- Red Long Chili Peppers 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper 0 oz
- Fat 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the beef or veal into small pieces, place in a skillet, add the roots, black and red pepper, bay leaves, salt, onion, and garlic, pour in the wine and water, add the fat, and stew. The pot should be tightly closed, and the heat should be low. Before finishing the stewing, add the chopped potato.
Step 2
Allow the dish to cool slightly, remove the lid, and thicken the kebab with sautéed flour mixed with a small amount of water. Place the pot back on the stove and cook for a few more minutes.
Step 3
Serve the kebab with mashed potatoes, boiled rice, or salad.
