- Potato 5 oz
- Chinese green beans 0 oz
- Dried Apricots 0 oz
- Tomatoes 0 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 0 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Herbs to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a clay pot, place sliced potatoes, onion cut into rings, bell pepper, dried apricots, tomatoes, cleaned pods of young green beans, and fatty lamb cut into pieces weighing 50–60 grams.
Step 2
Season the ingredients in the pot with salt, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs (various), pour in water to cover the meat and vegetables, and bake in the oven for 1.5–2 hours.
Step 3
Serve kchuch in the same pot.
