Description
Boiled potatoes can be used as a side dish, but it's perfectly fine to do without them.
Ingredients
- Thyme ½ teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Dill 5 bunches
- Onion 15 oz
- Lamb 30 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the onion into half rings and finely chop the dill. Mix everything in a separate bowl.
Step 2
Rinse the meat and cut it into pieces of 2–3 cm. Then layer it in the kazan: a layer of meat, a layer of the onion-dill mixture. Add salt to taste. Place the kazan over low heat for 2 hours.
Step 3
Add thyme 20 minutes before it's done.
