Ingredients

  • Salad Potatoes 6 pieces
  • Black Cumin (Cumin) 1 teaspoon
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Cilantro 1 bunch
  • Rack of Lamb 0 lbs

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the meat, pat it dry, and cut it into large pieces.

Step 2

Peel the potatoes, pat them dry, and cut them in half.

Step 3

Heat the kazan well over high heat, lay the meat on the bottom, sprinkle with cumin and salt, place the potatoes on top, sprinkle with cumin and salt, cover with a lid, and leave on the lowest heat for 2 hours.

Step 4

Do not lift the lid, do not stir, and do not add water!

Step 5

After two hours, sprinkle with chopped cilantro, stir, and serve immediately.
