Ingredients

  • Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
  • Butter 2 pieces
  • Spanish onions 1 head
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • 10% cream 0 fl oz
  • Semi-soft cream cheese 2 tablespoons
  • Truffle Cream Cheese 1½ tablespoons
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 1 tablespoon
  • Goat cheese 2 tablespoons
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Ocean salt to taste
  • Pizza Mozzarella Cheese 0 oz

Chop the mushrooms into small pieces.
