Description
Julienne with chicken, mushrooms, and cheese
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Champignons 20 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Sour Cream 2 spoons
- Wheat Flour 2 spoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Spices to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken for about 20-25 minutes, then cut it into small pieces.
Step 2
Chop the mushrooms as well, but only the raw ones.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion and sauté it in vegetable oil (preferably olive oil) until golden brown, then add the mushrooms. Cook until all the liquid has evaporated.
Step 4
Add the chicken and stir.
Step 5
In a dry skillet, toast the flour until it turns golden, then add sour cream (you can also add a little milk or mayonnaise). Stir well to avoid lumps. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Add the sauce to the previously prepared mixture of chicken, mushrooms, and onions. Stir well and distribute it into individual ramekins. If you don't have ramekins, you can use clay pots or a regular ovenproof skillet.
Step 7
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle it on top. Bake in the oven at 355°F until golden brown.
