Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms 10 oz
- Onion 2 pieces
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 2 spoons
- Cream 10 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken breast until fully cooked, then let it cool and cut it into small cubes.
Step 2
Slice the mushrooms, place them in a skillet, and sauté for a few minutes.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion, add it to the mushrooms, and sauté until cooked through.
Step 4
Add the fillet, season with salt and pepper, stir, and remove from heat.
Step 5
In a dry skillet, lightly toast the flour. Add the cream, season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Step 6
Add the chicken with mushrooms, stir, and remove from heat.
Step 7
Transfer the mixture into individual ramekins and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake in the oven at 355°F (about 30 minutes) until golden brown.
