Julienne in Buns
Ingredients
- Poultry 1 piece
- Fresh Mushrooms to taste
- Sour Cream to taste
- Cheese Spread to taste
- Onion to taste
- Bun 4 pieces
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the skin from the chicken breast and boil it in salted water until almost cooked. Separate the meat from the bones and chop it finely.
Step 2
Chop the onion and sauté it. Add the finely chopped mushrooms and fry until the moisture evaporates.
Step 3
Add the chicken and sour cream, and simmer for 15 minutes. Prepare the buns by cutting off the tops and removing the insides.
Step 4
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 5
Place the julienne mixture into the buns, sprinkle with cheese, and bake in a preheated oven until golden brown (at 355°F for no more than 5 minutes). Remove from the oven and enjoy the taste and aroma.
