Description

Before serving, the dish can be garnished with fresh chopped herbs.

Ingredients

  • Meat 0 lbs
  • Kiwi 2 pieces
  • Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
  • Onion 4 pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Ground coriander to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Any shashlik, even if it is prepared in a multicooker, of course, starts with a marinade. Since this dish is already unusual, we will make a corresponding marinade: first, peel the kiwi and clean 2 onions.

Step 2

Now we send them together into a blender and chop well (until a homogeneous sauce forms). It should be noted that kiwi has the property of retaining the meat's juices inside and also tenderizing it. Thus, our shashlik will simply melt in your mouth!

Step 3

Cut the red bell pepper into large half-rings, and slice the remaining two onions into rings.

Step 4

Now we thoroughly rinse our meat and then cut it into pieces. We salt and pepper it, rubbing it with ground coriander.

Step 5

After that, we add the previously made sauce from the onion and kiwi, as well as the chopped bell pepper and onion. Mix everything well and place it in the refrigerator to marinate (for about 2-3 hours).

Step 6

After this, we place our marinated meat into the multicooker (along with the marinade) and set the 'Baking' mode (cooking time – 45 minutes).
