Juicy Schnitzel
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 10 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour to taste
- Breadcrumbs to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Cut the fillet in half lengthwise and pound it, wrapping it in plastic wrap.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
Step 4
Prepare three containers: put flour in one, breadcrumbs in another, and crack the eggs into the third, whisking them thoroughly.
Step 5
Dredge the fillet in flour, then dip it in the eggs on both sides and coat it with breadcrumbs.
Step 6
Fry the chicken fillet in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown, then transfer to the oven for 3–5 minutes.
Step 7
Pat the cooked schnitzels with a paper towel to remove excess fat.
Step 8
Serve with fresh vegetables and French fries.
