Juicy Salmon in Cream Sauce
Ingredients
- Red drum fish 1 piece
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Curry 0.3 teaspoons
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the fish into portion-sized pieces and place them on a plate. Wrap the plate tightly with plastic wrap (so that the fish is completely covered. No openings are allowed. The fish should be like in a vacuum).
Step 2
Place in the microwave at the highest power for 2–3 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Heat the cream, add curry and dill. If the dill is dry, simmer the cream for 3–4 minutes on low heat. If fresh, 1–2 minutes is sufficient.
Step 4
Remove the fish. Arrange on plates. Add salt to taste. Pour the sauce over.
