- Pork tenderloin 10 oz
- Semi-Smoked Sausage 5 oz
- Flaky sea salt to taste
- Lemon-Pepper Mix to taste
- Mild Chili Spice to taste

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the skewers in cold water for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Slice the meat into long slices.
Step 3
Pound the meat with a mallet.
Step 4
Season the meat with pepper to taste.

Lay the bacon on top of the meat.
Step 6
Roll the meat into a small roll.
Step 7
Secure the meat with skewers.

Salt the rolls.

Heat both types of oil in a skillet.

Cut the rolls along the skewers.
