- Boneless pork shoulder 55 oz
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Lemon-Pepper Mix 1 teaspoon
- Bay leaf 3 pieces
- Ground Dried Garlic 1 teaspoon
- Smoked salt 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the meat thoroughly under running water.

Pat it dry.

Trim any excess from the meat.

In a separate container, combine 1 teaspoon of pepper mix, 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of ground dried garlic.

Mix the spices well.

Rub the pork shoulder with the prepared spice mixture.

Turn the meat over and rub the spice mixture on the other side.

Evenly distribute the spices over the entire piece of meat using your hands.
