Description
You can substitute pork with beef, but in this case, the cooking time will increase.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes 10 oz
- Pork tenderloin 20 oz
- Pickles 5 oz
- Spanish onions 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse and cut the pork into pieces, like for goulash.
Step 2
Peel the onion, garlic, and tomatoes, and slice them into rings.
Step 3
Cut the pickles into large cubes.
Step 4
Layer the ingredients in a baking dish with a lid: pickles, tomatoes, meat, onion, garlic.
Step 5
Pour a glass of water over everything. Salting is optional, as there are pickles in the ingredients. Cover the dish with a lid.
Step 6
Place in the oven for 1 to 1.5 hours until cooked (it depends on your oven) at a temperature of 180-390°F.
