Ingredients
- Skate Fillet 15 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Mixed Ground Peppers to taste
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Stale Bread 5 oz
- Young zucchini 5 oz
- Carrot 0 oz
- Herbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Clean the pike from scales, remove the insides, separate the fillet from the bones, and remove the skin. Rinse well under running water, dry slightly with a paper towel, and check for any remaining bones.
Step 3
Pass the fish fillet through a meat grinder.
Step 4
Peel the onion, rinse well, cut into pieces, and pass through the meat grinder.
Step 5
Cut the stale bread into pieces and pass through the meat grinder.
Step 6
Peel the garlic, rinse well under running water, and press it into a container with the fish mince and onion.
Step 7
Add salt and mixed ground peppers to the mince to taste. Mix everything well.
Step 8
Peel the carrot, rinse well, and grate it on a fine grater. Rinse parsley or dill under running water, remove any excess, chop finely, and add to the mince.
Step 9
Grate the young zucchini on a fine grater. Add to the container with the fish mince and carrot.
Step 10
Mix the mince well until homogeneous.
Step 11
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Form patties with wet hands and place them in the dish.
Step 12
Bake in the oven uncovered at 355°F for about 30–40 minutes.
