Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2

Step 3
Peel the onion, wash it well, chop it into small cubes, and add it to the chopped fillet.
Step 4
Peel 1 clove of garlic, wash it, and press it into the bowl with the onion and fillet.
Step 5
Add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise to the prepared ingredients.
Step 6
Add salt, ground black pepper, and 1 chicken egg to the bowl.
Step 7
Add 2 tablespoons of flour.
Step 8
Finely chop the washed parsley and add it to the bowl. Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater and add it to the other ingredients.
Step 9
Mix all the ingredients in the bowl well and let them marinate at room temperature for about 15–20 minutes.
Step 10
Pour 50 ml of vegetable oil into a frying pan and place it on the heat.
Step 11
Before frying, mix the prepared mixture again well with a spoon. When the oil in the pan is hot, spoon the mixture into the pan, shaping it, and fry until golden brown.
Step 12
Flip the cutlets to the other side and fry until cooked through under a covered lid.
