Juicy Chopped Chicken Cutlets
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Onion 1 head
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Rinse the chicken breast fillet well under running water, remove any excess, and cut into small cubes. To make it easier to cut, you can slightly freeze the fillet.
Step 3
Peel the onion, wash it well, cut it into small cubes, and add it to the chopped fillet.
Step 4
Peel one clove of garlic, wash it, and press it into a bowl with the onion and fillet.
Step 5
Add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise to the prepared ingredients.
Step 6
Add salt, ground black pepper, and 1 chicken egg to the bowl.
Step 7
Add 2 tablespoons of flour. Mix all the ingredients in the bowl well and let them marinate at room temperature for about 15–20 minutes.
Step 8
Pour 50 ml of vegetable oil into a frying pan and place it over heat.
Step 9
Before frying, mix the prepared mixture again well with a tablespoon. When the oil in the pan is heated, spoon the mixture into the pan, shaping it. Cover with a lid and fry on low heat.
Step 10
When the cutlets are browned on one side, flip them to the other side and fry until cooked under the lid. The cutlets remain juicy even when cooled.
