Juicy Chicken Strips with Mint and Honey

Description
A light summer salad with arugula makes a great side dish. I haven't tried it yet, but I think it would be delicious to add sweet green grapes to the cooked chicken.
Ingredients
- Honey 4 tablespoons
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 2 pieces
- Fresh Mint to taste
- Ocean salt to taste
- Balsamic Vinegar to taste
- Garlic 4 cloves
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and place them in a deep bowl for marinating.
Step 2
Add balsamic vinegar, salt, garlic, and honey to the chicken. Mix well.
Step 3
Remove the mint leaves from the stems, chop finely, and add to the chicken. Mix again and let sit for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Place the chicken on a grill pan. Sear quickly to retain the juices.
