Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 0 lbs
- 1% Kefir ½ l
- Onion 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Flaky sea salt to taste
- Toasted Sesame to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the chicken breast into equal pieces.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper, add chopped onion, and pour kefir over it.
Step 4
Let it marinate for as long as possible.
Step 5
Thread the meat onto the skewers, bake at 355°F for 15 minutes, switch to grill mode and bake for another 5–7 minutes.
Step 6
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with a fresh salad.
