
Juicy Baked Pork Ribs in a Sleeve

Description
In this recipe, erythritol can be substituted for sugar in the same proportion.
Ingredients
- Pork Skewers 40 oz
- Olive Oil 2½ tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard 2½ tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard 1 teaspoon
- Passata Tomato Sauce 4 tablespoons
- Meat Extract 1 teaspoon
- Dried onion powder 1 teaspoon
- Soy Sauce 1 teaspoon
- Erythritol 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a deep bowl, combine both types of mustard and oil.
Step 2
Add the tomato paste.
Step 3
Season with meat seasoning.
Step 4
Add the dried onion.
Step 5
Dress with soy sauce.
Step 6
Mix and add erythritol.
Step 7
Cut the ribs into pieces about 6–7 cm long.
Step 8
Thoroughly coat the ribs with the marinade and place them in a baking sleeve. Let marinate for an hour at room temperature.
Step 9
Place in a preheated oven at 320°F.
Step 10
After an hour, open the sleeve and return to the oven for another 10 minutes, increasing the temperature to 390°F.
Step 11
Serve the ribs hot.
