- Shrimp 20 oz
- Gelatin to taste
- Mayonnaise to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the shrimp (400–500 g), peel them, and cut into pieces.
Step 2
Pour a little gelatin onto a plate, let it cool, and arrange the shrimp meat on top. You can decorate with flowers, cubes, or balls made from boiled vegetables and potatoes, parsley, and lemon slices (optional), then pour more gelatin over it and let it cool.
Step 3
Serve the jellied shrimp with sauces: horseradish with vinegar or prepared mayonnaise.
