Description
You can also prepare jellied crab sticks and shrimp.
Ingredients
- Canned Crabs 10 oz
- Carrot 5 oz
- Cucumbers 5 oz
- Green Peas 5 oz
- Potato 5 oz
- Gelatin 15 oz
- Horseradish Leaves 5 oz
- Eel 0 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Vinegar essence to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour a little unset gelatin into portion molds for jellied dishes.
Step 2
Once it sets, place pieces of crab, boiled potato, diced vegetables, and peas on top, and pour more unset gelatin over it.
Step 3
Place in a cool place.
Step 4
Before serving, dip the mold in warm water for a few seconds, shake it to loosen the gelatin from the sides of the mold, and place it on a plate, garnishing with vegetables.
Step 5
Decorate with herbs or lettuce leaves.
Step 6
Serve sauces separately in a sauceboat: horseradish with vinegar or mayonnaise with gherkins.
