Ingredients
- Ruffe 3 pieces
- Lemon 1 piece
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Butter 5 oz
- Sour Cream 5 tablespoons
- Parsley 1 piece
- Mandarins 2 pieces
- Gruyère cheese 5 oz
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Dill 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Fillet the ruffe.
Step 2
Rinse the fillets, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with fresh lemon juice, and place in a cool place for 30-40 minutes.
Step 3
Grate the parsley root on a fine grater and sauté it with chopped parsley greens in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 4
Then place the fish fillets on top, add mandarin segments, drizzle with sour cream, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Garnish the finished dish with dill sprigs and serve with rice.
