Description

If you don't have wine, you can use only vodka. And vice versa.

  • Soy Sauce 3 spoons
  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts 2 pieces
  • Vodka 1 tablespoon
  • Dry White Wine 2 spoons
  • Onion 1 head
  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the breasts into pieces approximately 2x2 cm.

Step 2

Melt olive oil in a skillet and sauté the chopped onion in it. Then add the pieces of chicken and cook until they are golden brown.

Step 3

Pour vodka and dry white wine into the chicken and let some of the alcohol evaporate.

Step 4

Dissolve the sugar in the soy sauce, pour it into the skillet, mix everything together, and simmer until cooked through.
