Japanese buckwheat noodles with chicken and vegetables
Ingredients
- Rice Noodles 15 oz
- Sweet Pepper 2 pieces
- Chicken fillet 10 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Soy Sauce to taste
- Cucumbers 1 piece
- Butter to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Toasted Sesame to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the buckwheat noodles, drain the water, add butter, and mix well.
Step 2
Sauté the onion, sliced into half-moons, and the chicken fillet in vegetable oil.
Step 3
Cut the carrot and bell pepper into thin strips and sauté until they become tender. Add the chicken fillet and buckwheat noodles. Stir-fry for 5 minutes, then add sesame seeds (optional) and soy sauce to taste, and cook for another 5 minutes covered.
Step 4
Then add the freshly cut cucumber, julienned, to the already prepared noodles.
