Ingredients
- Boneless pork shoulder 35 oz
- White Cabbage 35 oz
- Onion 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Soy Sauce 5 fl oz
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Kiwi ½ piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the beef well, place it in a container, cover with mineral water, and add a quarter of a kiwi (this will make the meat tender), then place it in a cool place. You can marinate it overnight or for a couple of hours.
Step 2
Remove the meat from the bowl and cut it into strips against the grain.
Step 3
Slice the onion into thin half-rings.
Step 4
Cut the cabbage into thin strips about 7-8 cm long, then gently massage it.
Step 5
Cut the bell pepper into large strips (thicker than the meat).
Step 6
Heat a deep skillet. In it, mix the soy sauce and olive oil.
Step 7
When the skillet is hot, add the meat and lightly fry for about 2-3 minutes.
Step 8
Add the onion to the meat and fry for another minute.
Step 9
Then add the bell pepper to the skillet, reduce the heat, and add the cabbage.
Step 10
If the vegetables do not release enough juice, you can add some water.
Step 11
Simmer until the cabbage is cooked.

I love everything spicy, so I also added a pepper mix to the dish. My soy sauce was salty, so I didn't add salt to the meat. Enjoy your meal!!!
